Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: m.yelp.com/biz/tokyo-go-go-san-francisco Steps to reproduce: 1. Search "happy hour sf" in the URL bar 2. Tap on Happy Hour Yelp link 3. Tap on Tokyo Go Go from the list 4. Scroll down quickly What you expected: Smooth scrolling, instead it would scroll fast then lag and jerk and then resume scrolling
