User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:12.0) Gecko/20120423 Firefox/12.0 SeaMonkey/2.9 Build ID: 20120423002905 Steps to reproduce: w.m.o makes heavy use of subpages, e.g. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Program_Management/Programs/Apps/Site_Compatibility?useskin=gmo When you view a subpage, if its parent pages exist, MediaWiki generates a breadcrumb trail for them: < Program Management | Programs | Apps Actual results: For some reason the gmo skin (w.m.o's default, changeable in your wiki preferences) adds its own breadcrumb trail: Home » Program_Management » Programs » Apps » Site_Compatibility?useskin=gmo This is redundant and confusing, and there are now three breadcrumb trails: the title with slashes, the parent links with pipes, and the gmo skin with guillemets. Furthermore, there are bugs with the gmo additional breadcrumb: * the query string appears in the breadcrumb; * it leaves page names like "Site_Compatibility" with underscores in them; * if a parent page doesn't exist, the skin still creates a link to it, e.g. "no_page" in https://wiki.mozilla.org/User:Skierpage/no_page/subsubpage?useskin=gmo ; * there's no reason to include a link to the current page; * there's no benefit prepending a link to Home , there's already a huge MozillaWiki link target at the top of the page. Expected results: Eliminate this breadcrumb, it's noise.
