On the pre-approval set up screen we call it:

"instant app purchases"

"Your payment pre-approval"

and "Remove Pre-approval"

Instant app purchases sounds like the odd one out. We could be more consistent.
And in in-app, it's called "pre-authorization".
Assignee: nobody → amckay
We obviously can't call it "Wallet", given how Google's PayPal competitor is called Wallet.

Pre-authorization and pre-approval sound a bit boring (and imply more work up front). 

I think I prefer "instant purchases" -- I left out 'app' for the sake of add-ons, themes, etc.

That being said, I'd be all for something slightly more playful or clever. (cvan? potch? robhudons? Here's your chance to use your puns for good.)
