752196 - Firefox Version 12 AND Beta crash repeatedly with Turnitin online

I access Turnitin online through a Blackboard link through my University website. When I attempt to mark my students' work, all seems to be fine for a while but then Firefox crashes for no apparent reason. This has happened only since installing version 12, so I tried installing Beta and the same has happened. It crashed on me 3 times within 2 hours at which point I gave up. Today I started again and it crashed within an hour.

I have uninstalled Firefox. Have just tried to re-install version 12 and it "was not possible". Beta seems to be doing better and has in fact just been installed again successfully. I will see how things go now. However, I will report again if the crashing problem persists, and will then include the error message.

In the meantime I have reported the issue each time and have had NO response, which has been annoying. I NEED to use Turnitin online and it generally works far better on Firefox than IE, so PLEASE help me ASAP!!
