if I go to the nytimes and pan aggressively after it finishes loading I see white checkerboard instead of the expected low res

Tested on HTC Desire (Android 2.2) May 4th build 9ebf3dc839c5 - ok May 5th - fail Possible regression range: http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=9ebf3dc839c5&tochange=0a48e6561534
