753100 - Click to Play should show the URL of the element when hovered

Steps to reproduce:

0. Set plugins.click_to_play to true in about:config.
1. Load http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
2. Hover the pointer over "Click here to activate plugins."

Result:
Nothing happens.

Expected result:
The URL of the element to load is shown just as the destination URL is shown when a link is hovered.

I don't think this is too useful as:
a) a URI doesn't necessarily identify a plugin and
b) object/embed elements don't need to have a URI set

I'd find it more useful to show the name of the plugin that will be loaded in the click-to-play-overlay or the toolbar on hover... Or is that planned already anyway?

This is already planned per bug 754472.
