STR:
1. Install an add-on and restart Firefox
2. Install again the add-on from previous step and do NOT restart Firefox
3. Go to Add-ons Manager and remove the add-on from step 1
4. Restart firefox

Actual result:
Add-on remains installed 

Expected result:
Add-on should be removed
Definitely reproducible but I'm not sure whether Actual or Expected is the right way to do things. I think it's pretty minor though.

This sounds *very* familiar, and I think we have this filed already... but I can't find it :\
