Firefox Native 14.0b1 build 3 Device: HTC Desire (Android 2.2)/ LG Optimus 2X (Android 2.2) Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to a page with an open search engine( yahoo.com, duckduckgo.com, cnet.com) 2. Long tap on the search field to bring up the context menu. 3. Choose to add it as a search engine. 4. Confirm the name and tap ok. Expected results: The search engine is added as an addon. Actual results: Nothing happens. The issue is not reproducible on devices running Android 2.3 - Samsung Galaxy S2 and HTC Desire Z.

Kevin, check on your Froyo device?
Still reproducible on : Build ID: 17.0a2 (2012-08-29) Aurora Channel Device: LG Optimus One P500 OS: Android 2.2
There is nothing in that log. Are there any errors when you add it?
Adrian or Ioana, do you still see this with the new search management changes?
