I have been seeing this for days and it still appears on 2001-04-09-11 win32 build. To reproduce (in 3 pane Messenger window): 1. Flag one of the mail headers; make sure the icon reflects so. 2. Click on "Get Msg" toolbar button 3. The flag icon goes away. I consider this is data loss since I delete un-flagged msgs periodically.
I fixed this last night.
