Click on one of your statements 5. a new windows opens and you can see your statement Instead what happens is that the window opens but you see a message saying "An error occurred while rendering the page.". The message is this: PDF.JS Build: 2e92c0e Message: Malformed PDF: Unknown command "Q0.000" Stack: error@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:927 malformed@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:936 assertWellFormed@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:948 PartialEvaluator_getOperatorList@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:12776 Page_getOperatorList@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:236 wphSetupPageRequest@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:28932 messageHandlerComObjOnMessage@blob:c2941af2-cac8-b74a-be95-b3a6a7b32c8d:28866 I can work around it by clicking on "download". This used to happen since the beginning of the new PDF viewer but thought it would get fixed in the next few iterations. Can you attach a PDF file with the same error that does not contain any personal and sensitive information (legal notices or price list for instance)?
I don't how I feel about posting my personal credit card statement into a bug. How can I modify a PDF to remove personal data? I don't know how to do that.
I think we have enough information to fix this bug without the PDF. We'll ping you to test it though once we address the issue.
This should be fixed in the current nightly. Can you verify and close the issue?
Well, instead of trying to show the pdf with Firefox's built-in PDF viewer it decides to download it automatically. I can say that I don't have the problem but we aren't using the Firefox pdf built-in option.
We've changed how pdfs are downloaded, can you retry with the current nightly? Please make sure the option "Preview in Nightly" is chosen for Portable Document Format in Preferences->Applications.
It works fine :)
