Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: http://www.starbucks.com/store-locator Steps to reproduce: 1. Go the above URL Result: Page contains Starbucks logo, and some cropped, inactive icons. What you expected: Map of Starbucks stores near my location (works in Android Browser)
This is on a Samsung Droid Charge, with Android 2.3.6
OS: Mac OS X → Android
They're using Mobify and it's failing to initliaze with our UA; and that fails to complete the rest of the page. http://www.mobify.com/ E/GeckoConsole( 2137): [JavaScript Error: "ReferenceError: Mobify is not defined" {file: "wyciwyg://4/http://www.starbucks.com/store-locator" line: 104}] E/GeckoConsole( 2137): [JavaScript Error: "TypeError: window.Mobify is undefined" {file: "wyciwyg://4/http://www.starbucks.com/store-locator" line: 104}]

I am responsible for extending Mobify APIs to function correctly on Firefox. There were multiple reasons for filtering out older Firefox/Fennec. Most of these are fixed or worked around in a more recent version of Mobify runtime, with exception of bug 556002 .
Update: Starbucks store locator map is still not working correctly in Firefox on Android.
This still isn't working on Firefox for Android 16.0.1 and nightly. Testing with a Nexus 7 however the maps works fine. This is starting to crop up in User Feedback.

I can still reproduce this issue on current Firefox builds. I take it from comment 4 that we need to speak with Starbucks and request that they update to a later version of Mobify. Is there a specific version of Mobify that we should tell Starbucks to pick up?

I can try to see if the person, I had contacted for the XML bug with Opera, is still working at Starbucks. Rohan Singh, my Starbucks hero ;) http://www.otsukare.info/2011/03/03/wrong-to-be-right-with-xhtml

OK Rohan is not working anymore at Starbucks. Mail failed. :) Trying twitter. http://twitter.com/MozWebCompat/status/393048132550152192
Sorry Karl, it's been over two years and most of the people I knew at Starbucks aren't there anymore :|
Ah thanks Rohan. No trouble. I can try to contact them directly with hope the customer service will reply. http://customerservice.starbucks.com/app/contact/ask_starbucks_website/ Thanks Again. :)
Sure thing :) For what it's worth tickets that get filed there generally get a pretty prompt response. I don't have insight into the backlog or prioritization anymore though.
Contacted.
