Move over a tab and hover over the tab Actual results: Tab dragging thumbnail appears even if mouse is already released Expected results: should not.
The cause is bug 648477, but, as the symptoms are a little different and showed up at a different time, it's useful to leave this open. This can be marked as a duplicate when bug 648477 is fixed.
