User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20120313 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120313180949 Steps to reproduce: Went to https://gmail.google.com. Actual results: The web interface took a long time to load and I finally received an Error screen: Some Gmail features have failed to load due to an Internet connectivity problem. If this problem persists, try reloading the page, or using the basic HTML version." After I clicked "OK" the web page was loaded but the scroll bars were not available. I have three panes in the Gmail web UI; Query: Starred; Query: <different Gmail box>; native Inbox. Running 15.0a1 Expected results: Web interface loaded fine through native browser.
WFM, across my spectrum of devices over WiFi. Sounds like a server issue or a timeout and the page didn't fully load.

Screen works fine on 15.0a1 on Windows 7 64-bit but continue to have problems using Android 4.0.3 using Transformer Prime. GMail interface does not fully load and/or takes a long time to load on many web pages (will work on trying to identify common thread). Network connectivity is fine. Confirmed that page loads OK using native browser w/o issue.

Ok. The key here is tablets. Gmail loads the desktop interface when they sniff out the 'tablet' keyword in our user-agent. Browsing around Gmail, I now see this dialog. Ideally we want to get the optimized tablet interface here.

The Facebook page loads a different start page than the native browser. I don't know if that is by design or not but it is a bit confusing (with multiple languages on the same page). I was able to login into the page however.
No longer blocks: google-evangelism

Could someone verify that we're still getting the desktop site? I just spoofed the UA string on desktop and get something different now. Unfortunately my only tablet has the Mobile token, not the Tablet token in the UA string.
Aaron is still an issue?

I'm not able to reproduce the errors, but we are still getting the Desktop version of the site. It's basically unusable on my slow Kindle Fire. :/ Have we requested the tablet version be served to Firefox for Android users on tablet?
I didn't contact them yet. I wanted to be sure that the bug is still there. I will do that know. :)

1. Faking the user agent on desktop to be "Mozilla/5.0 (Tablet; rv:30.0) Gecko/30.0 Firefox/30.0" 2. Creating a window with inner set 1024x768 3. Entering https://mail.google.com/ We are redirected to a usable version of https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?pli=1#inbox Same with "Mozilla/5.0 (Android; Tablet; rv:30.0) Gecko/30.0 Firefox/30.0" Could someone check on a real device? Aaron? If solved, let's close.
