75508 - Vote Image is Rendered Incorrectly

Using 20010410 Windows build on Win98.  

If you go to http://home.netscape.com or the News tab, you'll see that the vote
image button is moved all the way to the top left corner of the screen.

SPAN works just as well as FONT, so I don't think it's a residual style problem...

Yeah, works for me on Linux too.  I won't ask what caused it.

regressed with april 19 build on windows. Should I get the web developer change
his tag from Font to Span?  Who needs to fix this you guys or the web site?

Ugh...yeah go ahead and close it out.  I downloaded the 7am, didn't work, tried 
it again on the 10:30 build and it worksforme.  So go ahead and close it out 
again.

This looks fixed now (tested NT) - interestingly, this was broken back in
Netscape 6.01 too.

Marking WORKSFORME (and clearing imglib from status whiteboard since this likely
a layout problem not an image problem).

Same Vote button.  Looks like this won't make it for 0.9.1 can we get this in
for 0.9.2?

This doesn't look like a stopper.  I'm assuming it's a server thing since we
never "fixed" it previously.

This is broken, and it is a dup of bug of 79486 ( <input type=image> controls
have views that are not being positioned). The same hack I put in to the
ImageControlFrame for that bug fixes this (but that hack is not a fix).
