755340 - Allow for only staff-only information to be added to a Mozillians profile

Contributors and paid staff will need a way to put sensitive information into their Mozillian's profile to better contact and reward them.

This includes:
* Home Address (taken care of in bug 657071)
* Phone Number
* T-Shirt Size (not personally sensitive, but the only people its useful for is paid staff)

In terms of UI, we'll want a colored area (Suggestion: Orange) under the "Profile" tab (within "Edit Profile") for contributors to put this information into. 

Interactions:
* Every Vouched Mozillian should see this in their "Edit Profile" page.
* Only people in the "Staff" group should be able to see this in a Vouched Mozillian's profile.

We're going to keep out home address and only have phone number and T-shirt size.
