Steps:

1. Go to www.blogger.com
2. Login with a valid google account that has a blog pre-setup

Expected:

See stock browser screenshot for visual expected behavior. The admin page renders. It can be scrolled to (it is a scrollable page).

Actual:

See fennec native beta screenshot. The admin page renders within the screen of the phone, but the page cannot be scrolled. This prevents the user from seeing the other parts of the layout of the admin console of blogger.

I saw this myself, the page just stops scrolling and panning freezes.
