Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the tabs panel.
2. Go to news.google.com. Change to the Desktop version if necessary.
3. Double tap zoom in and then pinch zoom in a bit more.
4. Close the left panel.
5. Double tap zoom out.
6. Double tap zoom in and out again if necessary.

Expected results:
The content is correct and the page is displayed at the minimum zoom level.

Actual results:
The Top Stories column is partially hidden to the left screen border. There is no way to pan the page to reveal the content only to reload the page.
The issue is sometimes reproducible at step 5 sometimes the user needs to do an extra double tap zoom in and out to see the issue.
