I have recently installed Bugzilla4.2.1 on Windows XP SP2
Now the issue is geting the error message while trying to Login with a registered user as shown below.

"If you believe your account should be restored, please send email to maintainer explaining why."

Need your support regarding this issue.

Just like it says in the page title, the user's account is disabled.  Log in as the admin and un-disable them.
