in main, the sender column can become the recipient column if you are in a Sent, Drafts, or Unsent Messages folder. the column picker appears to be optimized to only build up the content once. (not sure, haven't debugged yet). I need to tweak it so I can optionally rebuild it every time. I'll fix this when I fix the other column picker bug (about not showing all columns) cc'ing dave and blake for comments.
Yeah, it only builds the list the first time. I'm fine with doing this, if you need it, unless hyatt has a problem with it...

taking to hyatt, he decided to rebuild it every time. I've got that fix, just waiting for his review.
