Steps to reproduce:

Scrolling through websites. Phone: HTC EVO 3D GSM, stock HTC firmware, Android 2.3.4, Sense 3.0


Actual results:

The scrolling was not smooth, a half-second lag occurred about 4 times scrolling down the Engadget website (as an example) and half-ish scroll speed.


Expected results:

It presumably should be smooth scrolling
Agreed. Good thing is, we know about it: bug 749568.
