This bug captures the possible L10N requirements for the Firefox For Android HTML5 Landing Page. We had an initial meeting with Jbeatty and Jlong on 5/15 Url to L10N form is attached. Wiki for this project: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox_for_Android_Native_UI_Release
