This should go on stage and prod in /etc/socorro/: https://raw.github.com/mozilla/socorro/cbbd9e32435e341c76c17ed263bb34ac4565abae/puppet/files/etc_socorro/postgres.ini database_host and database_password need to be adjusted, and this should be pushed via puppet. This will eventually replace the /etc/socorro/common.conf, but for a while we'll need to have both.
BTW this should just go out ASAP, no need to wait on the release.
Added to puppet. This will be pushed out to the servers shortly.

I forgot to include this file in the base socorro manifests. This should be out on the servers now.
