Details 
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to Marketplace Developer Hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/
2. Submit an app manifest https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submit/app/
3. Observe the Screenshot/Video section from the Edit App Details page.

Expected results:
Only the "Add a Screenshot or Video" button is displayed in the white box of that section.

Actual results:
There is a blank screenshot with textarea for caption displayed and user is unable to close it.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF15 (Win 7).
