This is most likely caused by the fix for Bug 753742
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to and Sign In with a valid user account. Use the account provided in the Note section if needed.
2. From the top menu choose "Hotmail" to view your inbox.
3. Tap on Inbox.
4. From the standard page zoom level open a long HTML content email ( For e.g. a Tech Republic newsletter).
5. Scroll down to see the hole email.

Expected results:
The email can be scrolled.

Actual results:
The email is cut off at the bottom edge of the viewport. Reloading the page displays the complete email.

Changing the title because the issue is also reproducible for plain text emails on Nightly 15.0a1 2012-05-08 on HTC Desire (Android 2.2).
