Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Settings > About Firefox Beta
2. Click on FAQ
3. Brings up a 404 page on www.mozilla.org at http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/beta/faq/

What you expected: 
I expected to get a FAQ page.

Is there a live FAQ page at a different URL? Or do we need to get a FAQ page up?

FWIW, there is a FAQ page for Mobile, but there doesn't seem to be a Beta-specific version of it.

As long as we don't have a live beta FAQ page, I don't think it makes sense to keep the separate pref around.

Jaclyn, let me know if we plan to have a separate beta FAQ page in the near future, and I can change this back around.

This patch also gets rid of app.featuresURL as discussed on IRC, since it isn't used anywhere, and I updated the URL to use mozilla.org instead of mozilla.com. Should I also update the XUL fennec prefs?

PR is currently working on a revised fAQ for native UI, but I don't expect it to be ready during the Beta cycle. Suggesting to remove for now, will update when the new FAQ is live

Margaret - Alex is taking these bugs and getting the URLs created/redirected.

You might want to file a new bug to cleanup the unused prefs.
