Steps to reproduce:

I am using version 3.4.5 of Bugzilla.

I just want to create  versions for a particular product and link only components related to that versions.  


Actual results:

while Filing a bug I can see all the components being listed under that product even If I select a particular version of a product.


Expected results:

I just need to know how to link version of the product with the components

With the release of bugzilla 4.2, version 3.4 is anyhow not supported anymore.

Your request is probably possible when using bugzilla 4.2 + custom fields (Displaying a Custom Field Value Based on Multiple Values of Another Field)

I doubt we will implement this in the forthcoming future. You should rather implement this as an extension.
