Description

1) sync the account w/ passwords syncing turned on
2) go to www.hotmail.com, 
3) sign in w/ password 
4) check the password manager using a password manager addon (Saved Password Editor 2.6.2)

expected : should be there
actual : no hotmail password entry.

Did you sign in on mobile or desktop? (Guessing mobile...)

Are you expecting to see the password on mobile or desktop?

Do you have a log?

Due to  https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93776; this isn't our bug.

Having said that, bug 93776 states that yahoo opted out.  Current behavior is that yahoo does use the password manager.  Hence, I believe it should be an evang bug to hotmail.com

Basically the issue is with the website.  We need some changes for the website to work correctly with the password manager.

Well, they are still shipping this:

<input aria-labelledby="idDiv_PWD_PasswordExample" autocomplete="off" id="i0118" name="passwd" type="password">

but the password manager still offers to save the password for me.
