Details

Noticed that the arrow pointer is not changing to hand icon honoring the css style rules. This happens both with Modern and Classic skins. This looks like global problem, but certainly noticeable in AccountCentral. Move mouse on any of the items on AccountCentral page.

This was fixed. Working for me using build 2001042208 with Windows 2000. But since I don't know the underlying bug that was fixed, I'll just re-open and mark worksforme.
