Per [:chofmann] comment on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=550538#c56, we should add the ability to sort the table not just by most reported, current default, by also allow the user to sort by URL.

I need to bump this to release 12, I need to load a mini dump in order to test this and it is going to take to long to get it in before freeze.

On report/list the table under the URLs tab should now allow users to sort the data by URL or total count.

QA verified - thanks rhelmer and espressive for getting this landed on stage.

Sort by 'count' and 'url' works as expected when an admin user is logged in. The 'url' tab is also not on the page if the admin user is not logged in.
