It looks like bug 313700 broke binary compatibility with older versions (< 10.0.2) of the Gecko SDK so we need an updated Gecko SDK build for 10.0.4 and higher to be available for download at http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/

Unable to successfully run ['wget', '-O', '.mozconfig', 'http://hg.mozilla.org/build/buildbot-configs/raw-file/production/mozilla2/linux64/mozilla-esr10/xulrunner/mozconfig'] after 5 attempts
We'll need a patch for this. Also, we may fail on XR signing.

Basically 4 copies.
I'm not using the in-tree mozconfigs because those refer to $topsrcdir/build/.../mozconfig which don't exist in esr10 (other than the macosx universal).
