created rpm builds for browserid-{bigtent,certifier} (`make rpm`), and pushed an initial copy to staging boxes. working on puppet class & configs now.

I enabled multicast in Zeus for bigtent after netops completed Bug 766561 Traffic IP Group: stage-bigtent (stage) https://zlb1.pub.scl2.stage.svc.mozilla.com:9090/apps/zxtm/index.fcgi?name=stage-bigtent&section=Traffic%20IP%20Groups%3AEdit * Changed IP Distribution Mode from Single-hosted to Multi-hosted * Set Multicast IP to : 239.103.1.13 * Set Consider client source port when splitting load? to Yes
