In the above URL, pretty much everything is inflated except for the body of the bug comments (the one thing that people are likely to want to read).

I don't think we inflate monospace text.

Preformatted text is not inflated because we assume it's designed to be displayed exactly as written (hence the reason it's "preformatted"). Thus, the solution to this would be to remove the bug body text from the `<pre>` tags to enable font inflation to work.
