Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to MP Dev Hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions
2. Click on "Manage refunds" link from an app that has refund requests and more than 5 requests on a tab (ex. https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/fefsagsea/refunds )
3. Click on "Approved Instantly" tab
4. Click the "Next" button.

Expected results:
Page 2 for the instantly approved refunds is loaded and the "Approved Instantly" tab remains selected.

Actual results:
Page 2 for the instantly approved refunds is loaded  but the table displays the first tab "Pending".

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF15 Nightly (Win 7).
