https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?usetinderbox=1 no longer shows anything useful (only pending/running builds; I thought there were a few things still using it, like Valgrind, but I guess not) - so support for it can hopefully now be removed. (This just leaves bug 756027 and then we can ditch tinderbox once and for all :-)).

Spotted getTinderboxSummary.php was now unused, so this version takes it out too.
