Bug caused by (feature/regressing bug #): Building a release build off mozilla-beta, which is assumed to be for betas.

User impact if declined: FN 14.0 will have beta branding.

Testing completed (on m-c, etc.): None.

Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): If it has typos, it might not change branding.

String or UUID changes made by this patch: None.

My staging release sanity run gave me this:

Because I landed a change on my user repo that doesn't exist in releases/mozilla-beta:

That's all expected.
What I wasn't quite expecting is that the builders are all named *-mozilla-beta-*.  These should populate on bm12 and not interfere with the "real" beta builders on bm13, hopefully.

These builders are created on the mozilla-release enabled master, but are named *-mozilla-beta-* (see comment 3).  However, I think it's cleaner to hack the less-used mozilla-release configs than try to build 14.0b8 and 14.0 off the same config file and master.

We'll have to back out the l10nRepoPath and repo name+path changes before we spin the July 13 14.0.1 release off mozilla-release.

The l10n-changesets are currently only a copy of the mozilla-beta changesets; I may update them again when I get go.
