nsHttpChannel::DoInvalidateCacheEntry needs to invalidate matching entries in *ALL* non-AppCache caches (in particular, the disk cache AND the memory cache).

The current code only invalidates whatever cache would be used to satisfy the current request.
I think this is fixed with bug 913807.
