Please remove the locale from the snippmet impressions tracking. This change is a result of the discussion from the governance posting.
Fixed in https://github.com/mozilla/snippets/commit/5e398a5268dd4bebd4c65592ad228d5868ca9d35 This has been changed on the snippets stage server as well; no effect on prod yet, as prod doesn't have the tracking code yet.
