When tracking a package on fedex.com – when you reload the page with the Cmd-R keyboard shortcut, the View menu should blink like any Mac OS X menu does when activated with the keyboard. The problem is, when the "resend information" dialog comes up, the View menu stays lit.

To reproduce:
Go to http://www.fedex.com/us/.
Enter any number into the Track a Shipment box.
Reload the page by pressing Cmd-R.

I've tested this on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0 RC and the issue is not reproducing.

After I reload the page like in the clip, the View menu doesn't remain highlighted.

I just tried again and I had to reload the page twice before it started happening
