Screenshot, appears fixed!
Build ID: Linux and Windows 2000, today's 4-13 builds.
Mac Classic looks fine.
Steps to Reproduce:
Select Account Central. The CSS (probably some border attrib) is overlapping
the splitter between Account Central and the Folder Pane.
You fixed this for Modern, but not Classic (at least on Linux and Windows).

Verified FIXED in the 2001-11-06 builds (Win32 and Linux) running Classic.
