Details
When you click 'request support' from a purchase shown on the Account History page, you arrive at the support page. Its title is 'What do you need help with?'.
This page is linked directly to a contribution ID but it doesn't need to be; it can link to an addon ID. One use case is when in-app payments aren't working right, we'd like to link the buyer to this support page so she can contact the app developer through the marketplace (bug 760286)

This is all dependent upon the new support flow that mushi is working on.
