We are working on launching the Mozilla onboarding tool. (John & Tara - this is the tool as we discussed in previous meetings)  It will be first launched for paid staff and then we'll create additional infrastructure to onboard volunteers through the same portal.

As part of this onboarding portal, we'd like to have a professional Welcome To Mozilla video done. 

We are looking to do something similar to the other videos we've done recently (all hands etc.) that we will also be including in the onboarding portal. Ensuring consistent look & feel and that it's just as awesome & inspiring as the other videos. 

Our target completion date for this is August 17th - I'll set up a meeting to discuss specifics. 

Wanted to file this as a heads up and link to master tracking bug. Hoping this gives us time to spin up the right resources for the job -- We have some resources (and budget) we could enlist the help of, but I know you have vendors you've worked with as well.
