I wrote a new table from the editor's GUI.

While I'm editing the table by the editor, <th> contents are bold and aligned center. However, after saving it, the <th> elements become same style as <td> elements' but if I edit the article again, the <th> elements are applied the original style.

This was resolved months back when we updated the CKEDITOR.config.contentsCss settings.
