My theory is that this will give them all the normal talos, desktop and android, plus V8 on desktop, plus 6-hour periodic PGO. The disable_tinderbox_mail is a leftover from wanting to send it for Spidermonkey builds, which is both unnecessary now and wasn't actually working anyway, it wasn't sending.

Looks like talos has always been off, so I'm hoping this won't bust the schedulers and require mucking with the db.

I've double checked the schedulers in the DB - we're good to go there.

Did you delete anything ? build_scheduler needed a reboot for our old friend 'assert state_json is not None' since 2012-06-07 06:42:17-0700.
