as we are able to turn on the majority of our mochitests, we have found that many tests are slower on Android. Slower is one thing, but going for <1 second to >20 seconds per test is another thing.
All tests in layout/base/tests/test_bug*.html which use windowSnapshot.js need attention. For example:
layout/base/tests/test_bug441782-2e.html
