Migration from XF to NF Beta 14.0b6 is not possible on HTC Desire Z device

Firefox Beta 14.0b6 Build1 (2012-06-06)
Device: HTC Desire Z
OS: Android 2.3.3
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the XUL Fennec version.
2. Download and install Firefox Beta 14.0b6 Build1 replacing the XUL version.
Expected:
The migration should be performed without any issues.
Actual:
The migration is not performed. After i try to install the NF version a error message appears " Application not installed".
NOTE: The issue is not reproducible on HTC Desire (Android 2.2)

Is this with a large profile? Able to reproduce consistently? Able to capture more in your log, there's not much there at all.

This is happening whit a new profile and is reproducible for 100% of tries. The information from the log file is complete there is no more information present.

The issue is still reproducible on:
Firefox Beta 14.0b7 Build1 (2012-06-12)
Device: HTC Desire Z
OS: Android 2.3.3
