2. Notice the PayPal ID section
If a user has multiple PayPal addresses, please indicate which is currently in use.

Last time I checked, I'm pretty sure Andy said we can't do this because PayPal doesn't let us.

What does currently in use mean? One that used for pre-approval?
I think the paypal id section will have to be removed anyway. That will have to go into solitude.
