Devices: Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy Nexus
OSes: 3.1, 4.0.2

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Fennec
2. Go to cnn.com
3. Tap on the white star to bookmark it
4. From Bookmark Menu tap on Add to Home Screen option
5. Tap on device Home button
6. Tap on the shortcut added at step 4

Expected result:
The page is loaded correctly after step 6.

Actual result:
A blank page is displayed after step 6. Also the URL Bar is blank and Tab counter is set on 0 (if the tablet is on portrait).
URL Bar, Bookmark button, Tabs Menu button and Fennec's Menu are unresponsive on tap.

Seems to work fine only if you launch it when Firefox is not running; otherwise if it is running you'll get the errors below:
