Locale changes needed for Gecko 15 as a basis for Firefox 15, Thunderbird 15, SeaMonkey 2.12 and Calendar 1.7

(This patch also fixes the line endings for nsserrors.properties from dos to unix - i can do that as a separate patch if you prefer)
