In bug 755309 we added the ability go generate valid receipts for reviewers of paid apps.

As a developer, I should be able to go to the detail page of my paid app (pending or public) and click the Purchase button. That should generate a valid receipt so I can launch the app and the receipt will be valid.

I think @krupa said a developer receipt should never expire. We can't do that, the longest we can do is the same as everyone else which is currently a few months and will come down to a week or so once the expiration code lands in Fx.

I should probably this specific receipts code from inside reveiwers, purchase etc into its own module, there's enough of it now :)
