Hello,
Firefox has now SPDY enabled by default.
But I don't want my Firefox to fetch any content sent from a server's initiative.
I don't want the server to suggest any additional content to my Firefox. For this I wonder whether I have any choice. Does a SPDY server send always his hints, or only to SPDY-enabled clients ? Any idea ?
And I don't want my Firefox to retrieve any additional content suggested by a server.
I request a pref to disable SPDY in Firefox. Ideally, a pref in the Preferences GUI. Otherwise, a documented secret pref.
Thanks, and keep up the good work !
Nicolas

I don't understand the reason why you want to disable SPDY.
It's just an http enhancement to make it faster. There is no additional privacy or security risk.
You can already disable spdy in about:config with network.http.spdy.enabled to false.
